What MeSignal is

Assessment results, AI conversations, and relationship analysis provide clues for exploration only — they are not fortune-telling or professional diagnosis. Do not use them to make hiring, promotion, medical, or legal decisions.

AI features and third-party models

MeSignal's AI conversations, in-depth reports, and relationship insights are generated by third-party large language model services. Model output is probabilistic and may contain bias, omissions, or inaccuracies — always read it alongside your own judgment. MeSignal is an independently operated product; it is not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by the providers of the models it uses.

Pro subscription and payments

Web Pro checkouts are processed by Creem; card statements may appear as CREEM.IO. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and handles taxes and payment compliance. The USD amount shown on the checkout page is the authoritative price — the「≈ ¥」figure shown in the Chinese interface is for reference only, and purchases are charged in USD. In-app purchases in the iOS app go through the Apple App Store and are managed separately from web subscriptions.

Trial, renewal, and cancellation

New subscriptions typically include a 7-day free trial (subject to the product configuration on Creem). After the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the monthly or yearly rate you chose, until you cancel in the customer portal. Pro access usually ends immediately after you cancel through the Creem portal; please check your current billing period before cancelling.

Refunds

Fees for a billing period that has already started are generally not refunded, except where required by applicable law or Creem / Apple platform policy. If you notice a duplicate charge or a clear billing error, contact support by email and we will reply within 3 business days.

Account and data

You can export or delete your cloud data in settings. Per-question assessment answers are never uploaded to our servers — see the Privacy notice.

Acceptable use policy for AI features

MeSignal's AI conversations, personality reports, and relationship analysis may be used only for self-exploration and conversation preparation. When using these features, you agree not to use them for:

• any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activity against others' lawful rights;
• generating or spreading violent, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, bullying, or sexual content, or content that endangers minors;
• encouraging self-harm, suicide, or other dangerous behavior. MeSignal is not a crisis-intervention tool: if you are in emotional crisis, please contact a local crisis hotline or professional service immediately;
• impersonating others, collecting or processing other people's personal information without authorization, or using assessment or analysis results to make employment, education, credit, or similar decisions about other people (such as employees, students, or candidates);
• designing scripts or strategies meant to psychologically manipulate, deceive, or coerce others;
• abusing the service, including automated bulk requests, circumventing safety and rate limits, attempting to extract the underlying model or system information, or interfering with other users.

Violating this policy may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or suspension and termination of your account or subscription; except where the law requires otherwise, related fees are not refunded. To report abuse, email mesignalai@yanhuangstudio.cn.
