MeSignal is a self-exploration and conversation-preparation tool. On the web, your conversations, memories, and assessment results are stored with your account (in the cloud) so you can continue on supported devices; unfinished assessment progress stays only in the current browser.
What we keep
Your account, the four-dimension summary of completed assessments (never the per-question answers), the personal context you choose to save, conversations and AI replies, candidate insights, and relationship profiles. This content is stored on our servers and encrypted in transit. AI inferences remain candidates by default — without your confirmation they never become stable profile facts.
What we never upload
Per-question answers. They stay in the current browser, are never sent to our servers, and never enter AI model gateways or unrelated analytics logs. Relationship questionnaires likewise sync only aggregated results with uncertainty notes — never the individual answers.
AI conversations and reports are processed by third-party large language model services: only the text necessary to generate a reply (your input and the required four-dimension summary) is sent, transport is encrypted, and the model provider handles these requests under its own privacy policy. Per-question answers are never sent to any model service.
What you can do at any time
Confirm or dismiss insights, delete individual conversations, relationships, or memories, or export and one-click-delete all cloud data in account settings. Clearing browser data removes unfinished assessment drafts.
Analytics and improvement
We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect anonymized visit and feature-usage data, to understand product performance and improve the experience. It is not used for ad targeting, and per-question answers or full conversation contents are never uploaded. You can limit tracking in your browser; see Google's privacy policy.
Web subscriptions and payments
Web Pro subscriptions are processed by Creem (CREEM.IO) as Merchant of Record for payments and taxes. We receive only the subscription status and a user identifier — we never store full card numbers. Billing email and payment receipts are handled by Creem under its primary policies; see the Terms of Service. Support: mesignalai@yanhuangstudio.cn.
